Welcome to W. By creating an account or using app.wemail.xyz, you agree to these terms. They’re written to be short and readable. If anything is unclear, use Settings → Send feedback inside the app.
1. Who we are
“W” is a webmail service provided by Sitemapp, Inc. (“we”, “us”). We run the app at app.wemail.xyz and issue email addresses on the @w.xyz domain.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement in your country. If we discover the account holder is under 13, we’ll delete the account.
3. Your account
- You get one email address per account. W does not offer aliases in the MVP.
- Your handle must comply with our reserved-word list (we reject impersonation-friendly handles like
admin,root,noreply, etc.). - You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings.
- You’re responsible for everything sent from your account, unless the account was compromised and you told us within 7 days.
4. MVP limits (Free tier)
W is currently in early access and offered on a single free tier. The following limits apply to keep the domain reputation healthy:
- Storage: 100 MB per account.
- Outbound rate: 5 messages per hour, 20 messages per day.
- Attachment size: 25 MB per message.
- Total user cap: 500 accounts across the whole platform.
Limits may change as we launch paid tiers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use W to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk mail, or commercial mail lists.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or dox anyone.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Send illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, IP infringement, etc.).
- Attempt to break the service (probing endpoints, credential stuffing, scraping other users’ data).
- Resell, rent out, or share your account access with others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Serious violations may also be reported to the relevant provider (Mailgun, Twilio) or law enforcement.
6. Content ownership
Your emails, drafts, and chats are yours. We don’t claim any rights to their content. You grant us only the minimum license needed to store, transmit, and display them so the service works.
7. Availability
W is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or bug-free — especially during the MVP.
8. Deletion & deactivation
- You can deactivate at any time from Settings. Deactivation pauses inbound mail but keeps your data. You can reactivate by signing in again.
- You can delete at any time from Settings — confirm with your password and type
DELETE. This wipes your data from our live database immediately. Encrypted backups age out within 7 days. - We can terminate your account for a serious ToS violation, or if we shut the service down. If we shut down, we’ll give at least 30 days notice.
9. Third parties
We rely on Mailgun (email), Twilio (SMS), Cloudflare (DNS/CAPTCHA), MongoDB Atlas (database), and Sentry (error tracking) to run the service. See our Privacy Policy for what each one sees.
10. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEMAPP, INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU’VE PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS ($0 ON THE FREE TIER).
12. Changes to these terms
We’ll notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect (via your @w.xyz inbox and, if set, your recovery email). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sitemapp, Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
